Lost navy blue dog leash and blue collar with a name tag near Riverside Park in Great Falls.

I lost my dog's leash along with a blue collar while walking him in Great Falls near Riverside Park. The leash is navy blue and the collar has a small tag with his name, Max. I realized it was missing when we got home and I'm really hoping to find it back as it's very special to me.
