Gold-tone heart pendant necklace with blue sapphire

I lost my gold-tone heart pendant necklace yesterday around 3pm near the Beaver Island State Park parking lot off Grand Island Boulevard. It's an unbranded 18-inch chain with a small heart pendant that features a blue sapphire inlay. The back is engraved with the initials 'MD', and the chain shows a little wear along the clasp. This necklace was a gift from my grandmother and means a lot to me; it feels irreplaceable. If anyone found it, I’d be incredibly grateful to get it back—thanks for keeping an eye out in Grand Island.
