Lost black leather wallet with ID, credit cards, cash, and a photo of the user’s kids near a river in Gold Country.

I went hiking in the Gold Country area last weekend and I think I lost my black leather wallet while sitting by the river. It has my ID, a few credit cards, and some cash inside. There’s also a small photo of my kids tucked in one of the compartments. I’m really hoping someone can help me find it!
