Lost small brown dog named Charlie with distinctive red collar and phone number tag near Seawall area.

I lost my small brown dog named Charlie around the Seawall area of Galveston yesterday. He has a distinctive red collar with a small tag that has my phone number on it. Charlie is a very friendly and affectionate dog, but he can be a bit shy around new people. I'm really worried about him and would appreciate any help in finding him.
