I was at the Noccalula Falls Park parking area in the Gadsden-Anniston corridor around 7:15 PM last Friday when I realized my handheld and my console were gone from my backpack. I retraced my steps along the lit park path and checked the benches near the old wooden bridge, but nothing turned up. Losing them feels like losing a small piece of my evenings, since I use them to unwind after long shifts and to connect with my kid during our weekend games.
