White medical alert bracelet with teal maple leaf charm

I lost my white medical alert bracelet with a teal maple leaf charm yesterday around 3pm near the CVS on Caroline Street in downtown Fredericksburg. It's a slim silicone band, engraved on the back with 'A. Patel' and my emergency contact. The bracelet is a bit worn, with the clasp a little loose and the teal charm catching the light. It was a gift from my grandmother and contains important allergy information, so I really need it back.
