Navy blue Samsonite suitcase with red tag

I lost my navy blue Samsonite 26-inch hard-shell suitcase yesterday around 3pm. It was dropped near the loading zone outside the Fredericksburg Amtrak Station on Lafayette Boulevard, just past the main entrance. The suitcase has a bright red luggage tag and a small mountain-range sticker on the back pocket; there’s a noticeable dent on the top corner. Inside are a few outfits and a framed photo—the gift from my grandmother—so this item has real sentimental value, and I’d be grateful to recover it.
