Lost beagle mix with red collar near Carroll Creek

I lost my beagle mix yesterday around 3pm near Carroll Creek Park by West Patrick Street in Frederick. He's about 30 pounds, tri-color with a red collar and a small silver name tag that says Milo. He has a white chest patch, a slight limp, and he responds to 'Milo' when I call—please don't chase him. This dog means the world to my family, especially my daughter who volunteers with him at the shelter, so I’m really hoping someone saw him and can bring him home.
