I realized my hoops were missing on Monday at 6:15 p.m. after I left a coffee shop on West Patrick Street in downtown Frederick. I walked from Carroll Creek Park toward the Frederick Station and Baker Park, but somewhere along that route my small gold hoops with a tiny pearl charm slipped out.
