Black Michael Kors crossbody with orange tassel

I found a black Michael Kors crossbody bag this afternoon around 2:40pm outside Parkview Field, near the main entrance on West Washington Blvd in Fort Wayne. It's a compact pebble-leather bag, about 9 inches wide, with gold-tone hardware and a bright orange tassel keychain clamped to the zipper pull. Inside I found a hot-pink wallet, a folded receipt from a coffee shop, and a small ring of keys attached to a leather tag.
