White gold diamond ring with blue sapphire

I lost my white gold ring with a blue sapphire yesterday around 3pm near Margaritaville on Duval Street in Key West, Florida. It's a slim ring, about size 6, with a small round diamond next to a blue sapphire - both set on a delicate band that has a faint micro-scratch from a beach tote snag. Inside the band is engraved with 'P.P.' and the sapphire shows a tiny natural inclusion when catching the sun. This ring was a gift from my grandmother and it means the world to me; I'm really hoping someone picked it up and can help me get it back.
