I found a silver pendant necklace this afternoon around 2:15pm in the parking lot behind a small cafe on Court Street in downtown Florence, not far from the old Lauderdale County Courthouse. It's an 18-inch sterling silver chain with a round pendant that has an etched compass design and a tiny blue stone set in the center. The chain is in good shape, with a sturdy lobster clasp, though the pendant has a few light surface scratches from being shuffled around. I’m hoping to find the owner soon—this could be sentimental, and it would be great to get it back.
