Sterling bracelet with turquoise bead and dragonfly charm

I found a bracelet this afternoon around 3pm in Sedona's Uptown area near the entrance to Tlaquepaque Arts & Crafts Village. It's a slim sterling-silver bracelet, about 7 inches long, with a tiny turquoise bead and a dragonfly charm on the clasp. The dragonfly has a little leaf engraving on the wing and the surface shows a light patina from wear. The bracelet is in decent shape for its age, just slightly tarnished.
