Found external hard drive with cactus sticker

I found a small black Western Digital 1TB external hard drive this afternoon around 2:15pm in the parking lot behind the Starbucks on Milton Road in Flagstaff. It's a WD My Passport with a matte finish, a dent on the bottom edge, and a bright green cactus sticker on the front. On the label, the initials 'JD' are faintly scratched along the corner.
