Red reflective dog leash with paw charm

I lost my red reflective dog leash this afternoon around 3:15pm near the Fayetteville Square on Dickson Street, by the Walton Arts Center. It’s a 6-foot nylon leash with a bright red color, a small black paw-print charm hanging near the handle, and a slightly worn black plastic buckle. I attached it to my beagle’s collar, and I’m worried because he tends to wander when excited. This leash has sentimental value—my sister gave it to me after his surgery—and I’d really appreciate getting it back.
