Gold-tone bracelet with blue bead charm found

I found a gold-tone bracelet this morning around 9:15am in front of Cape Fear Valley Medical Center on Owen Drive in Fayetteville. It's a slender, about 7 inches long, with a delicate chain and a small blue glass bead charm plus a tiny silver heart charm. The clasp is a sturdy lobster claw and there are faint scratches along the plate from wear. One little detail that might help identify it: the heart charm has an initial 'A' engraved on it. I figured someone might be missing it, so here it is—hope the rightful owner sees this and can claim it soon.
