Navy blue Kate Spade tote with red lining

I lost my navy blue Kate Spade leather tote yesterday around 3pm near the Fayetteville Public Library on Dickson Street. It's a medium-sized bag, about 12 inches wide, with a bright red satin lining and a silver-tone monogram J charm on the zipper pull. The bag has a small coffee stain on the bottom left corner and a minor scuff on the corner from a fall last week. Inside it was a family photo album and a folded note from my grandmother, which makes it feel really sentimental to me; I’d be grateful to get it back.
