Blue medical-alert bracelet with engraved ID

Found a blue medical-alert bracelet this morning around 7:20am in the parking lot behind Fairbanks Memorial Hospital on 1st Avenue. The strap is blue silicone with a stainless-steel tag; the back is engraved 'J.R.' and it lists an allergy to penicillin. It’s in good condition, just a small scuff on the tag from wear. If you’re missing it, I’ll gladly hand it over to the hospital information desk or meet up nearby today in downtown Fairbanks. Unique feature: the 'J.R.' initials on the back and the blue strap with a tiny scratch near the edge.
