Sterling silver bracelet with star charm

I found a delicate sterling silver bracelet this afternoon around 1:45pm outside the Tropicana Evansville on Riverside Drive, by the riverfront. It's about 7.5 inches long with a smooth, polished band and a tiny 6mm star charm, plus a small lobster-claw clasp; it's categorized as Miscellaneous Jewellery. Inside the clasp there's a subtle engraving 'A.R.' that could help identify the owner; the bracelet is in decent condition with just a few minor scuffs.
