Gold ring with heart engraving and diamond

I lost my 14k yellow gold ring yesterday around 3pm near the riverfront promenade on Main Street in downtown Evansville. It's a slim 2.5mm band with a tiny diamond set in a heart-shaped bezel. The inside is engraved 'A.P. 2016' and there's a small nick on the outer edge at 3 o'clock. It was a sentimental gift from my grandmother, so I’m really hoping to get it back; it carries a lot of memories. If anyone found it, please message me—I'm really hoping to be reunited with it.
