I found a lovely light brown leather handbag at the entrance of Washington-Jefferson Park in Eugene yesterday. It looks like it might belong to someone who just finished their shopping, as it had a small shopping receipt inside from a local store. There's no name or contact information in it, but it has nice gold hardware and a few marks on the exterior, which might help identify it. Hoping to return it to its owner soon!
