Found soft blue quilt folded on a bench in a park near Essex.

I found a beautifully soft blue quilt while I was taking a walk in the park near Essex last weekend. It was folded neatly on a bench, and it looked like someone might have left it there accidentally. It's in great condition, and I would love to return it to its owner if they can describe it to me!
