Silver Timex pocket watch with dragon charm

I lost my silver Timex pocket watch yesterday around 3pm near the public library on Water Street in Elmira-Corning. It's palm-sized with a brushed silver case, a faint dent at the rim, and a black leather fob. A tiny green dragon charm hangs from the chain, and the back is engraved with the initials 'A.P.' The glass has a small scratch, and this watch has sentimental value—it's a keepsake from my grandmother. If anyone found it, I’d really appreciate a note here so we can arrange a meetup.
