Gold ring with sapphire inlay

I lost my gold ring yesterday around 4pm near the Starbucks on Main Street in downtown Elmira. It's a 14k yellow gold band, about 3mm wide, with a small oval sapphire set on the top. Inside the band, there's an engraving with the initials 'LJ' and a tiny notch at the edge where the sapphire sits. It has huge sentimental value—it was a gift from my grandmother and I wear it every day. If anyone found it or picked it up, please reach out; I’d really appreciate getting it back.
