Brown Fossil wallet lost near Starbucks on Water Street

Yesterday around 3pm I realized my brown Fossil wallet was missing near the Starbucks on Water Street in Elmira. It's a slim brown leather bifold, about the size of a playing card, with a tiny embossed Fossil logo on the bottom right and a faint coffee stain on the back corner. Inside are my driver's license, a few cards, and a small photo of my grandmother—it's really sentimental and I’d be heartbroken to lose it. I stitched a thin red thread along the inner edge after a loose seam started showing; you might notice that little detail if you look inside.
