Neon pink dog harness with reflective stripe

I lost my neon pink Rabbitgoo dog harness with a reflective stripe yesterday around 3pm. It was on my beagle Milo during our walk near the Albertsons on 12th Street in Elko, by the entrance and cart area. It's small, bright pink with a black quick-release buckle, and there is a tiny blue paw-print tag on the side. There's a faint coffee stain on the strap and a small tear near the underarm area from a scramble through the cafe line.
