I found a vintage stamp collection album this afternoon around 2:15pm in the parking lot behind Cielo Vista Mall on Pellicano Drive, El Paso. It's a red leather-bound album, about 9x12 inches, a bit worn with a black spine and gold lettering that reads 'Deluxe Stamp Collection'. Inside are stamps from the 1940s and 1950s, neatly preserved in glassine sleeves, with several mint-condition issues and bright cancellations. There's a small hand-drawn label on the inside cover with the initials 'M.R.' and a couple of commemoratives tucked between pages that look fairly rare. I figured someone might be missing this, so I'm posting it here in case the owner recognizes the binder or can describe the note.
