Blue plush dragon with green wings, lost in Edinburgh

I lost my blue plush dragon stuffed toy with green wings yesterday around 3pm near the Scott Monument by Princes Street Gardens in Edinburgh. It's about 12 inches tall, soft fleece, with a tiny silver bell around its neck and a small yellow star patch on its left wing. It was a gift to my daughter and has sentimental value; the little dragon has been her favorite for months. If anyone saw it around or picked it up, I’d be really grateful to get it back.
