US passport found near Oakwood Mall, Eau Claire

I found a US passport this afternoon around 4:15pm in the parking lot behind Oakwood Mall on Hastings Way in Eau Claire. The navy blue cover has the Great Seal, and the back shows a small coffee ring stain with a travel-clinic sticker. Opening it up, the name page reads 'Alexis Kim' with a Wisconsin address—clearly someone else's, and I hate to think of the trouble a lost passport could cause.
