Small green parakeet with yellow belly and blue tail

I lost my little green parakeet yesterday around 3pm. It's a 6-inch budgie with bright green feathers, a yellow belly, blue-tipped tail feathers, and a tiny white patch on its right wing. It slipped from my shoulder near the Eau Claire Public Library on Barstow Street downtown, and I chased it toward the river path.
