Lost bright blue portable charger with cartoon character in downtown Eau Claire.

Description

I lost my portable charger while I was in downtown Eau Claire yesterday around noon. It has a bright blue case with a cartoon character on it, and it can charge two devices at once. I realized it was missing when I got back to the car, and I'd really appreciate it if someone found it.
