Blue Samsonite carry-on suitcase

I lost my blue Samsonite carry-on suitcase yesterday around 3pm near the parking ramp by Phoenix Park on Barstow Street in downtown Eau Claire. It's a hard-shell 21-inch bag with a few scuffs on the bottom left corner and black zippers; one zipper pull has a small red ribbon tied to it. A faded hiking-club sticker on the back is easy to spot, and there are two tiny dents on the bottom edge. Inside are clothes, a gray fleece, and my travel notebook; most importantly, a handmade scarf my grandmother knitted, which gives it real sentimental value. If you've seen it, I'd be incredibly grateful to get it back.
