Blue paperback mystery novel, coffee-stained

I lost my blue paperback mystery novel yesterday around 3pm near the L.E. Phillips Public Library on Water Street in downtown Eau Claire. It's a medium-sized paperback, around 320 pages, with a creased spine and a coffee stain on the back cover. Inside the front cover there's a handwritten note that says 'For Mia' and a tiny pencil sketch of a cat, plus a pressed yellow leaf tucked between pages. The book was a gift from my grandmother and has sentimental value; I’d be really grateful to get it back. If you found it, please drop a note here so I can arrange its return to the library desk.
