Black Hartmann leather briefcase found near CVS Eau Claire

I found this black Hartmann leather briefcase this afternoon around 3:15 pm in the parking lot behind the CVS on North Barstow Street in Eau Claire. It's a genuine Hartmann briefcase, about 14 inches wide, 11 inches tall, with a sturdy handle and a brass clasp; the leather has a few light scuffs but overall it's in decent shape. The interior lining is a dark red fabric, with a couple of small pockets and a brass name plate on the front with the initials 'A.R.' I even found a yellow sticky note tucked in the outer pocket that reads 'A.R. - please contact me' so I think you were close.
