Black beaded cocktail dress, size M, found downtown

I found a black beaded cocktail dress this afternoon around 2:15pm near the Pablo Center at the Confluence on Water Street in downtown Eau Claire. It's a knee-length, fitted dress in a smooth satin-like fabric with a striking silver beaded neckline and a small back zipper. The tag reads 'Calvin Klein, Size M,' though a clearance sticker has obscured part of the care label. It looks gently worn but in great condition overall.
