Found black rolling suitcase at Eastern Shore boat ramp, Maryland.

Description

I found a black rolling suitcase at the Eastern Shore boat ramp yesterday. It seems to have been there for a while, and it was slightly wet from the rain, but otherwise looked intact. There are no identifying marks on it, so I'm hoping to find the owner. Please reach out if this suitcase belongs to you.
