Gold-tone watch with white dial

I’m hoping someone found my gold-tone stainless steel watch. It’s a 34mm case with a white dial, a blue second hand, and a black leather strap that’s a bit worn, plus a small scratch on the bezel near 2 o'clock. I last saw it yesterday around 3pm near the Walmart on Edwin Miller Blvd in Martinsburg, in the heart of the Eastern Panhandle.
