Found black travel backpack with travel stickers containing clothes and toiletries at the rest area off Route 50 in the Eastern Panhandle.

I found a black travel backpack at the rest area just off Route 50 in the Eastern Panhandle. It was left unattended for a few hours during my break while driving home. The bag has several travel stickers on it and contains clothes and some toiletries. I want to return it to its owner, so please let me know if you think it might be yours!
