Found black Dell laptop with charger near Walmart Martinsburg

Category: Appliances & Electronics. I found a black Dell laptop in a dark gray neoprene sleeve this afternoon around 4:15 pm behind the Walmart on Foxcroft Avenue in Martinsburg, Eastern Panhandle. The lid has a bright blue penguin sticker and a small scratch along the top edge, plus a Dell badge. The charger is tucked inside the sleeve with a blue USB-C cable, and I didn’t power it up, so there’s no personal data showing. If this is yours, describe the sticker and the charger and I’ll figure out the best way to reunite it.
