Hand-painted ceramic vase with teal glaze

I lost my hand-painted ceramic vase yesterday around 3pm outside the downtown gallery on Market Street in Wilmington, NC. It's about 10 inches tall, with a teal glaze and delicate gold floral accents, and there's a tiny chip on the rim plus a little stamp that says 'Luna' on the bottom. The glaze has a subtle crackle finish, and there's a faint coffee stain on one side from yesterday's visit. It was a gift from my grandmother, so it means a lot to me and I really need it back.
