Blue US passport with gold lettering, lost

Yesterday around 3pm I realized my blue US passport was missing after a stroll along the Wilmington Riverwalk near Port City Java on Water Street. It's the standard navy-blue passport book with a gold eagle seal, about the size of a paperback, and I always keep it in a navy leather sleeve; the top edge is slightly creased and there's a faint coffee stain on the back cover. Inside, the bio page bears my name, date of birth, and a small conference sticker from a Raleigh trip I did last year.
