Black leather briefcase with red interior, Craven Street area

I lost my black leather Samsonite briefcase yesterday around 3pm near the Craven Street parking deck by Tryon Palace in downtown New Bern. It's a 14-inch case with a slightly worn look and a bright red fabric lining. There’s a scuff along the top edge and a small dent on the lower corner from a stumble. Inside, there’s a laptop sleeve for a 13.5-inch laptop and a faded photo of my dog; the initials 'P.M.' are embossed on the inside cover.
