Gold-tone hoop earrings with emerald bead

I lost my gold-tone hoop earrings yesterday around 3pm near Hazard's public library on Main Street in Hazard, KY. They're about 1 inch hoops, with a tiny emerald-green bead dangling from the bottom of one hoop, and the other hoop has a small engraving inside that reads 'A.P.' They're from a local shop and mean a lot to me—they were a gift from my mom, who passed away last year.
