Black Samsung tablet with blue case, found near Walmart

I found a black Samsung tablet this afternoon around 2:30pm in the parking lot behind the Walmart on Main Street in Richmond, KY. It's wrapped in a blue protective case and measures about 10 inches diagonally. The screen has a few fingerprint smudges and a small crack in the bottom-right corner. On the back there's a white mountain sticker that makes it easy to spot. I know how stressful it is to misplace something digital—want to get it back to its owner, so I'm keeping it powered on and not touching anything else until it's claimed.
