Lost brown leather wallet with silver clasp near Sam's Café in East Oregon.

I lost my brown leather wallet with a silver clasp while I was sitting outside Sam's Café in East Oregon last Sunday. It has some important cards and a few cash notes inside. I'm really hoping someone can help me find it as it has sentimental value to me!
