Red North Face parka with fur hood

Yesterday around 3pm I realized my red North Face parka was missing. I was walking along Center Street near the Idaho Falls River Walk when a breeze swept it away and I must have dropped it by the bike racks outside the downtown library. It’s a medium, bright red parka with a gray faux fur hood and a coffee stain on the right sleeve. Inside there’s a blue stitched label with my initials 'P.P.' and a small tear at the left cuff. This jacket means a lot to me—it's a gift from my grandmother and I really need to get it back; East Idaho winters can be rough and I’d be grateful for any help locating it.
