Bright blue dog harness with reflective trim

I lost my bright blue dog harness yesterday around 3pm outside the Walmart on 17th Street in Idaho Falls. It's a medium nylon harness with neon lime stitching and a small reflective paw-print patch on the chest. There's a blue silicone ID tag engraved with the name 'Nova' attached to the D-ring, and it was a gift from my sister. It really means a lot to me; I walk that area a lot in East Idaho, and if someone found it near the entrance, I’d love to get it back.
