Blue VIP festival pass with lanyard

I was at the Idaho Falls area yesterday around 3pm when my blue laminated VIP pass for Sunrise City Music Fest slipped out of my pocket. It's a rectangular card, about the size of a credit card, with a bright blue background, a sunburst graphic, and 'VIP 2-Day Pass' at the top; it hangs from a black fabric lanyard with a small metal clip. There's a tiny coffee ring on the back and a faint crease along the left edge. I last had it near the Walmart on 17th Street in Idaho Falls, in the parking lot behind the store.
