Blue ID card with photo and lanyard

I lost my blue council employee ID card yesterday around 3pm near the Cambridge Central Library on Lion Yard in East Anglia. It's a standard blue plastic badge, about the size of a credit card, with my name 'Priya Patel' and a small photo on the left. The back has a security strip that's starting to peel and a tiny green sticker with the department code 'ENV' in the corner. It means a lot to me because it grants building access and holds my work phone number; I really need to get it back.
