  1. Identify the operator. Note the route, line, or company and the rough time. Each operator runs its own lost property process.
  2. Submit a lost property report. Use the operator's online form or phone line as soon as possible; recovered items are logged against your description.
  3. For taxis and rideshare, contact the driver or company directly through your booking or app receipt.
  4. Keep your reference. Save any report number so you can chase it up.
  5. Post a listing. Add a listing for East Anglia in case a fellow passenger picked it up.

Lost: DVDs near The Forum, Norwich

Last Friday, around 6:15 p.m., I realized my DVDs were missing from the tote I left on a bench near The Forum in Norwich. I'd been at the library on St Stephen's Street and grabbed a quick tea before strolling back, and when I returned the bag was gone. They're just a small collection of favourites—the kind I watch to unwind after a long week—and they mean a lot to me. If you found a tote with those DVDs in the Norwich area around that time, please let the site know.

Lost pins near Norwich Forum, East Anglia.

Hello, I’m Sophie Clarke. I lost a couple of enamel pins I’d been wearing after a lecture this morning near the Forum in Norwich, around 10:20 a.m. I remember stepping out onto Pottergate and turning onto the cobbles by Magdalen Street, and when I reached the bus stop I noticed one pin was missing. One pin features a tiny blue compass, the other a charity emblem; they’re small but meaningful keepsakes. If anyone found them, it’d mean a lot to get them back through the site; they’re part of a memory I don’t want to lose.

Hand-painted porcelain vase with blue crane motif

I lost my hand-painted porcelain vase yesterday around 3pm near the Royal Arcade in Norwich city centre, East Anglia. It’s a slim white vase, about 20 cm tall, with a delicate blue crane motif and a thin gold rim. There’s a tiny glaze crack at the base and a small chip on the rim, plus the base is signed 'L. Carter' as a unique marker. It was a gift from my grandmother and means a lot to me, so I’d really appreciate it if someone happened to find it and could return it.

Lost emerald-green budgie with yellow chest near Ipswich

I lost my emerald-green budgie with a bright yellow chest yesterday around 3pm. It was fluttering around Riverside Park by the Ipswich Waterfront near the riverside cafe, and it wears a blue plastic leg band on its right leg with the number 42. This bird is very friendly and comes to me when I call its name; it also reminds me of my daughter's gift, so it means a lot to me. If anyone found him, please message me—I'd be incredibly grateful to arrange a safe return in Ipswich.

Missing boy, 9, blue hoodie, East Anglia

I lost my younger brother, 9-year-old Omar Hassan, yesterday around 3pm. He was wearing a bright blue hoodie with a small red dragon patch on the sleeve and a black cap with a white logo. We last saw him near the Market Place in Norwich, East Anglia, before he wandered off toward St. Andrew's Street. He has short, curly brown hair and wears round glasses that slide down his nose when he's excited. I'm really worried—he's shy but very clever, and this is completely out of character. If anyone spots him or knows where he might be, please contact me right away; anything helps.

Korg minilogue xd synth, black with red sticker

I lost my black Korg minilogue xd synth yesterday around 3pm somewhere near The Forum on Millennium Plain in Norwich, East Anglia. It's a 37-key hybrid synth in a compact black metal case, in good condition aside from a small dent on the bottom-right edge and a red sticker with a white lightning bolt on the back panel. It was tucked into a grey padded gig bag, and I had a blue USB-C cable coiled with it. This instrument is really important to me—gift from my mentor and used in my teaching gigs—so I’d be grateful to be reunited with it if found.
